Eligibility for Refund

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. The product(s) cannot be returned once the product seal has been opened. The product will only be returned or exchanged in case of wrong product(s) delivered.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used products, promotional items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
